Each person desiring a license hereunder shall be required to show that such applicant is of good moral character and shall also execute a penal bond in the form and with security satisfactory to the Local Liquor Control Commission, conditioned upon the faithful observation of the provisions of the laws of the State of Illinois, and of this chapter, relating to the alcoholic liquor business. Such bond shall be in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) and shall, upon approval by the Local Liquor Control Commission, be filed in the Office of the Clerk. (Ord. 820B, 7-11-2018)
