2-10-9: FINES PAYABLE TO THE VILLAGE TREASURER:
All fines and other monies paid to the Village in accordance with this chapter shall be remitted to the Village Treasurer for deposit for the Village's General Fund. (Ord. 803, 2-24-2015)
