1-18-3: GIFTS PROHIBITED:
The solicitation and acceptance of any "gifts", from any "prohibited source", are banned and prohibited for all Municipality employees except as provided in Section 1-18-4 of this Chapter. (Ord. 565A, 7-28-1999)
