4-8-1: SCOPE OF CHAPTER:

This chapter is applicable to occupancy for residential purposes of any building or structure, altered or converted so as to be occupied for residential purposes. The requirements imposed by this chapter shall be in addition to the other applicable requirements for existing buildings imposed by this code. (Ord. 931, 4-28-2021)
