9-12-4: MANDATORY INSURANCE:

Any person who operates a qualified off-highway vehicle under as permitted by this chapter shall be subject to the mandatory insurance requirements established under Article VI of Chapter 7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 893, 10-23-2019)
