Use of qualified off-highway vehicles, being golf carts and utility task vehicles, shall be permitted on streets and highways under the jurisdiction of the village and within its corporate boundaries as set forth in this chapter. Non-qualified off-highway vehicles are specifically excluded from this provision and are not permitted on streets under the jurisdiction of the village and within its corporate boundaries.
