3-25-1: DEFINITIONS:

The words, terms and phrases, when used in this Chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (410 ILCS 705/1-1 et seq.), as may be amended from time to time, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning. (Ord. 890, 9-11-2019)
