8-9-2: ENTERING FROM PRIVATE DRIVE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any vehicle upon, along or across any street, alley or highway, or to enter the same from a private drive or entrance, when such street, alley or highway is closed or barricaded, as heretofore provided.
