8-2-7: OBSTRUCTIONS:
Whoever shall place, throw or have caused to be placed any obstruction in or upon any sidewalk within said Village, except as authorized by ordinance of the Village, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 11, 8-1-21)
