(A) Any user requesting a termination of service shall give written notice to the village ten (10) days prior to the time such termination of service is desired.
(B) If the user is not the owner of the premises, the user shall be primarily responsible for payment of all charges and the property owner shall be secondarily responsible for all charges not paid by the user.
(C) There shall be no charge for transferring the sewer service to the subsequent user. (Ord. 499, 8-22-1985)
