(A) It is unlawful for any person to smoke in a public place or a place of employment within the village of Creve Coeur.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to smoke within fifteen feet (15') of the entrance of any public place or place of employment within the village.
(C) It is unlawful for any person to smoke in any vehicle owned, leased, or operated by the village.
(D) It is unlawful for the owner, employer, occupant or lessee in control of a public place to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area in a public place or place of employment that is not specifically exempted as described in section 7-9-3 of this chapter. (Ord. 674, 6-9-2010)
