7-8-6: SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this chapter shall be held invalid, its invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision, and for this purpose the provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. (Ord. 634A, 12-11-2013)
