   (B)   If, upon completion of the inspection, the dwelling is found to have one or more health or life threatening violations, or exterior housing code or environmental violations, the village shall provide written notice of such violations to the owner or designated agent who shall then have thirty (30) days to correct said violation. If a dwelling is found to have one or more health or life threatening violations, a fifty dollar ($50.00) charge will be assessed for a reinspection fee to cover the cost of the reinspection to ensure that the violations of the code found in the initial inspection are abated.

In the event that the minor violation(s) was/were not corrected, the building inspector shall issue a citation under this section immediately. Each violation not corrected shall be a separate offense and the fine shall be in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per uncorrected violation.
   (D)   If the village building inspector or his designee determines that any applicable village code or ordinance has been violated after notice of such violation(s) has been given and the time allowed to correct any such violation(s), he/she may reenter said premises under the same administrative search warrant to verify that the violations have been removed.
