7-7-6: PENALTIES:

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is continued or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 677, 7-27-2011)
