Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is continued or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 575, 11-14-2001)
