Any vehicle used for the purposes set forth in this section 7-2-4 shall be maintained in good mechanical condition and shall be equipped with a garbage tight body to prevent the littering of streets and public places, and shall be so maintained and equipped at all times. (Ord. 216-D, 2-12-2003)
