7-2-4-1: SCOPE:
This section 7-2-4 regulates the collection, removal and disposal of nonresidential garbage and is intended to regulate all garbage collection, removal and disposal that is not within the scope of section 7-2-3 of this chapter. (Ord. 216-D, 2-12-2003)
