7-2-3-3: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
The mayor of the village, with the concurrence of a majority of the board of trustees, may revoke a license granted pursuant to this chapter for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Any misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for the license;
   (B)   Any violation of this chapter;
   (C)   Failure to perform according to the specifications under which the license is granted;
   (D)   Conviction of a felony or misdemeanor where such conviction indicates the licensee's inability to operate a safe, honest and legitimate business within the village;
   (E)   Failure of the licensee to pay any fine or charge owed to the village; or
   (F)   Refusal to cooperate with the reasonable requests of an official of the village authorized to investigate compliance with the provisions hereof.
The right of revocation set forth in this section shall be in addition to the right of enforcement available to the village under section 7-2-5 of this chapter. (Ord. 216-D, 2-12-2003)
