(A) The disposal of garbage by any individual, firm, or corporation in any place, private or public, within the village limits or the distance of one-half (1/2) mile beyond such limits, other than at a site or sites duly authorized by the president and board of trustees of the village, is prohibited.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to cast, place, sweep, or deposit anywhere within the limits of the village or the distance of one-half (1/2) mile beyond such limits any garbage in such manner that it may be carried or deposited by the action of the sun, wind, rain, or snow into or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, sewer, parkway, or other public place or onto any occupied premises within the village.
(C) The burning of garbage within the village limits or the distance of one-half (1/2) mile beyond such limits is prohibited. (Ord. 216-B, 4-24-1986)
