(A) The owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises in the village shall cause to be removed from said premises all garbage as often as necessary to prevent any excessive or undue accumulation.
(B) Where a property is served by a public alley, the containers and refuse shall be placed on the lot at the rear thereof near the alley property line, and, if any property is fenced, the containers and refuse may be placed inside of the fence at the entrance thereto. Where a property is not served by a public alley, the containers and refuse shall be placed at the curb or street line by seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the designated collection day.
(C) Where a property is not served by a public alley, the garbage containers shall be removed from the curb or street line within eight (8) hours following collection. (Ord. 216-B, 4-24-1986)
