7-2-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
   GARBAGE: Decaying animal or vegetable matter, refuse, inflammable waste, ashes, paper, rubbish or such other matter usually known as garbage.
   MOBILE HOME: Any vehicle or similar portable structure of any floor area under nine hundred (900) square feet, so constructed as to permit its use as a conveyance upon public streets or highways and designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling place of one or more persons for year round living without a permanent foundation; excepting, however, those structures considered to be recreational vehicles and trailers as hereinafter defined.
   NON-RESIDENTIAL: Commercial business establishments, building construction sites, facilities under the direct control of the federal government, the state of Illinois, or any of its political subdivisions, and any other facility not having to do with living accommodations.
   PERSON: All natural persons, each and every form of doing business (including, but not limited to, sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships and joint ventures) but shall not include the federal government, the state of Illinois or any of its political subdivisions.
   RESIDENTIAL: Having to do with living accommodations, including, but not limited to, single-family dwellings, duplexes, multiple-family dwellings, apartments, condominiums and churches. "Residential" shall not include commercial business establishments, building construction sites, or facilities under the direct control of the federal government, the state of Illinois, or any of its political subdivisions.
