7-1-43: CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL:

If said sewer construction work is approved by the Superintendent of Sewers he shall issue a certificate of satisfactory inspection, but no certificate shall be issued unless all sewer construction is in strict conformity with the rules and regulations of this Chapter.
