The domestic sewage from residences, human habitations, institutions, stables, garages, business buildings and industries shall be conveyed from said structures in a conduit or pipe herein termed a "house sanitary connection". The connection shall extend to a public separate sanitary sewer, if such a sewer serves the property. No storm, surface or ground water shall be permitted to enter this house sanitary connection.
