7-1-17: SEWER CONSTRUCTION WORK:

In every case of proposed sewer construction work to be done, notice shall be given and application properly made to the Superintendent of Sewers of the time and place, when and where the work is to commence. Such notice shall be in writing and given at least three (3) full days prior to the commencement of the work.
