7-1-16: INDUSTRIAL WASTES AND SEWAGE:

No person or persons shall discharge or cause or permit to be discharged into any public sewer system which directly or indirectly discharges into the sewer system of the Village industrial wastes which are not first approved by the Superintendent of Sewers and the Village Board.
