6-11-4: FAILURE TO PAY FEES DUE VILLAGE:

No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to pay when due any service fee owed to the Village in connection with this Chapter. Any person, who shall be convicted of violation of this Chapter, shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. (Ord. 555, 9-25-1996)
