(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to create or maintain anywhere within the Village, any nuisance as declared or defined in any provision of this Code, or to permit or direct another to do the same.
(B) Notice of such nuisance and violation shall be given to the person responsible, or his agent, and to the Chief of Police whose duties include the abatement of such nuisances. (Ord. 363, 6-17-1970)
