Any police officer of this village may, at any time, call upon any able bodied male person above the age of twenty one (21) years to aid him in arresting or taking into custody any person guilty of having committed any unlawful act, or charged therewith, or to aid such officer in preventing the commission of any unlawful act. No one shall refuse or neglect to give such aid or assistance when so directed. (Ord. 243, 3-6-1957)
