5-3-2: FIRE EXTINGUISHERS REQUIRED:
The occupant of every building or structure covered by this chapter shall procure and maintain in good working order on said premises a fire extinguisher of such capacity and design as has been approved by the department of public safety of the state or the office of the state fire marshal.
