(A) Vehicle Fires: When emergency response services are rendered by the Village of Creve Coeur Fire Department for a fire in a vehicle owned by any person, business or entity who is not a resident of the Village of Creve Coeur, Illinois, there shall be a charge for fire protection services to the owner of the vehicle of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).
(B) Extrication From Vehicles: When emergency response services are rendered by the Village of Creve Coeur Fire Department for extrication of any person who is not a resident of the Village of Creve Coeur, Illinois, from any vehicle and the owner of the vehicle is a person, business or other entity who is not a resident of the Village of Creve Coeur, Illinois, there shall be a charge for extrication services of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per person extricated. The person extricated and the owner of the vehicle shall be jointly liable for the amount due.
(C) Unnecessary Non-Emergency Public Assist: Should any individual request emergency medical services via an ambulance or paramedic service through dialing 911, and receive no medical service and also, subsequently, refuse medical transport, then said individual will be billed at a rate of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per occurrence.
