No sewer or drain, including field tile, shall be located within fifty feet (50') of any well, unless constructed of cast iron pipe, having watertight, leaded joints, and no such line shall be built, laid or constructed closer than twenty five feet (25') of any such well. (Ord. 267, 9-27-1961)
