4-1-25: WORKMANSHIP:
All work shall be done in good workmanlike manner and shall be subject to a final approval of the building inspector.
All exteriors of buildings hereafter built, shall be of new materials, and no building shall be built, altered or repaired where the exterior walls are to be covered with an asphalt type siding or sheeting. (Ord. 267, 9-27-1961)
