§ 36.50 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Department of Sanitation and Solid Waste shall handle all responsibilities of the city regarding the sanitation sewer system within the city and all relations with the Sanitation District, also the collection of solid waste within the city and relations with the designated company.
