§ 155.05 DISCARDING OR STORING ITEMS ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER OR ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall discard, store, place, leave or deposit any dilapidated or discarded item on the property of another or on any public property or right-of-way in the city.
