§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation, violating the provisions of § 154.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than $25 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court for each offense, and each day that the person, firm or corporation violates this chapter, or any provision thereof may be deemed a separate offense.    (B)   Any person, firm or corporation, violating the provisions of § 154.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court for each offense, and each day that the person, firm or corporation violates this chapter, or any provision thereof may be deemed a separate offense.
