§ 112.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

There is hereby levied and established an annual license fee for any business within the confines of the city, having on its premises any gaming or amusement device such as pinball machines, and no business shall allow any gaming or amusement device to be operated on its premises without first having the required license and paying the established fee.
