§ 110.08 LICENSE FEES.

   (A)   The following businesses shall acquire an occupational license and pay an annual license fee of $50.

      (1)      Accountant;

      (2)      Attorney;

      (3)      Dentist;

      (4)      Physician;

      (5)      Real Estate Broker.

   (B)   The following businesses shall acquire an occupational license and pay an annual license fee of $25.

      (1)      Appliance store;

      (2)      Art supply store;

      (3)      Bakery or bakery goods store;

      (4)      Barber;

      (5)      Beauty shop;

      (6)      Book store;

      (7)      Camera and photography supply store;

      (8)      Candy store;

      (9)      Carpet store

      (10)   Clothing store;

      (11)   Drug store;

      (12)   Gift shop;

      (13)   Grocery store;

      (14)   Hardware store;

      (15)   Ice cream/dairy/soda fountain;

      (16)   Laundry and/or dry cleaning;

      (17)   Meat market;

      (18)   Produce market;

      (19)   Stationery store;

      (20)   Variety and/or notion store.

   (C)   The following businesses shall acquire an occupational license and pay an annual license fee of $15: Delicatessen and any other income-producing business or occupation in the city.
