§ 110.07 LICENSE REQUIRED; LIABLE FOR FEE OR TAX.

Any person holding himself out by sign, advertisement, or other representation, to be engaged in any business for which a license is required, shall be considered and deemed actually engaged in such enterprise and shall be liable for the fee or tax.
