§ 91.46 BICYCLE OR SKATEBOARD RAMPS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect a bicycle or skateboard ramp on or within the city, streets, sidewalks, right-of-ways and public parks.
