§ 91.45 DEPOSITING, DUMPING OR THROWING OF WASTE, REFUSE OR THE LIKE ON PUBLIC STREETS, WAYS OR PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn, deposit, dump or throw upon the public streets, public ways, or public property of the city or upon any private property within the city, any waste, refuse matter or material or any article of any such nature or kind.
