§ 70.20 TEMPORARY DISREGARD OF DEVICES BY PUBLIC SAFETY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY OFFICERS.
   In an emergency any Public Safety and Law Enforcement Authority officer may at his discretion disregard traffic-control lights or signals or established regulations in order to facilitate the movement of traffic.
