§ 52.02 WATER METER DEPOSIT.
   Upon the termination of a consumer's contract with the city for the purchase of water, the sum of monies which the consumer has deposited with the city upon the installation of water meters shall be returned to the consumer, less any arrearage and penalties due the city upon the consumer's water bill.
