§ 36.100 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Department of Recreation and Parade shall be responsible for the supervision of all city sponsored recreational programs on city property, the issuing of use permits for city recreational facilities, and the organization of the annual Memorial Day Parade.
