§ 36.90 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Department of Planning and Zoning shall be responsible for all matters related to the enforcement of Planning and Zoning Regulations within the city and to act as liaison between the Campbell County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission and the city.
