(A) In any subdivision model homes, newly constructed, shall be limited to one in number.
(B) Model homes and the accompanying signs shall be permitted to continue in use for the advertisement of the sale of other newly constructed homes in the subdivision until the total remaining houses or lots remaining to be sold within the subdivision are reduced to seven (7) in number or twenty-five percent (25%) of the total number of units, whichever is lesser.
(C) As used in this section the term "model homes" shall mean homes newly constructed and decorated for exhibition purposes to members of the general public for sale. Said homes shall not generally be used for office purposes. A portion of said building, limited to fifteen percent (15%) thereof, may be used to exhibit plans, specifications and declarations for other homes that could be constructed by the developer for an interested buyer. In determining the total square footage of the model home the areas of the garage and basement shall not be considered. In no event shall the home be used for the purpose of closing of other real estate owned by the developer and held for sale to the general public.
