§ 153.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   The City Council finds and determines that it is proper and appropriate that a certain tract or parcel of land situated within the corporate boundaries of the city be designated as the downtown business district of the city pursuant to the provisions of KRS 103.200(n). Accordingly, it is determined, declared, ordered, and ordained that the following tract or parcel of land is hereby and shall henceforth be designated as the downtown business district of the City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky:
   Crestview Hills, Kentucky
   Downtown Business District
A certain tract or parcel of land consisting of 240 acres of land, more or less, located in the City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
   Beginning at the intersection point of the south line of Highway I-275 and the southeast line of the Thomas More College Property; thence in a southwesterly direction along the southeast line of Thomas More College and the southeast line of the City of Crestview Hills 2,517 feet to a point in the northeast line of William Lubrecht; thence with the lines of Lubrecht and the City of Crestview Hills corporation line, N 43°-48'W 227 feet, S 47°-21'W 882 feet, S 44°-03'E 450 feet, and S 27°-24'E 215 feet to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction through the Thomas More College Property and the corporate line between the cities of Crestview Hills and Edgewood, Kentucky, 1,720 feet more or less to a point in the southwest line of Thomas More College; thence in a northwesterly direction along the common line between Thomas More College and St. Elizabeth's Hospital N 43°-15'W 1,640 feet to a point corner to St. Elizabeth Hospital; thence through the lands of Thomas More College N 33°-49'W 1,813 feet to a point in the center of Thomas More Parkway; thence leaving same N 17°-22'W 417 feet to a point in the south line of Highway I-275; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of Highway I-275, a distance of 6,150 feet to the place of beginning.
