§ 152.23 FEE SCHEDULE FOR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARINGS.
   The following fees shall be paid to the city by applicants for the hereafter set out matters to be heard and considered by the Board of Adjustment:
 
Conditional use permit:
$500
Dimensional variance:
500
Change from one nonconforming use to another:
500
Appeal of Zoning Administrator, plus attendant recording fees, if any.
500
