§ 152.21 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S FEES FOR MATTERS HEARD BY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

   In all matters submitted to the Board of Adjustment for the city wherein the services of the City Zoning Administrator shall be required, the said Administrator shall be paid 60% of the fee paid by the applicant for the remedy sought and the city shall retain 40% for administration costs.
