Pursuant to the authority of KRS 198B, certain documents, three copies of which are on file on the office of the City Clerk and the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission, being marked and designated as the 2002 Kentucky Residential Code, Chapters 1 through 43, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 708, Falls Church, Virginia, are hereby adopted as the code of the City of Crestview Hills for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family dwelling and townhouses not more than three stories in height in the city and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such 2002 Kentucky Residential Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part as if fully set forth in this section.
