§ 113.10 HOURS WHEN SALES PERMITTED.
   (A)   A licensee may sell alcoholic beverages, or do any act authorized by the licensee’s license with respect to the sale of alcoholic beverages, during the following hours:
      (1)   Monday through Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. the following day; and
      (2)   Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m., Monday. Sunday sales are only permitted if the licensee has obtained a state and city special Sunday retail drink license, or other applicable license.
   (B)   If a licensee provides a separate department within his or her licensed premises capable of being locked and closed, within which is kept all stocks of alcoholic beverages and all fixtures and apparatus connected with his or her business as a licensee, and this department is kept locked during all times when his or her premises are open and he or she is not authorized to sell alcoholic beverages hereunder, he or she shall be deemed to have complied with this section.
